Sheila Kloefkorn
Founder, President

Sheila Kloefkorn founded Team KEO after more than twelve years in corporate sales, marketing and educational settings. Sheila found Profiles International assessments to be invaluable resources over the years in hiring, motivating, coaching and development of more than 500 employees over the years.

Prior to founding Team KEO Solutions, Sheila was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for an Inc. 500 educational services company where she was responsible for business development, inside and outside sales, customer service and marketing.  Sheila also served in progressively senior roles including Vice President of Operations for a New York based youth marketing and media firm. Before that she was employed in various roles at three major US universities. Sheila holds a BA in Political Science from University of Wyoming and an MA in College Student Personnel/Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University.
